By-Laws - 2000 & 2010
The Wellington Acres HOA original By-Laws were drafted in February 2000. An executed copy of the By-Laws has not been located at this time. The original HOA was administratively dissolved by the Indiana Secretary of State in 2002, for lack of filing biennial business entity reports. The HOA was reorganized in 2010, with new Articles filed and the original 2000 By-Laws adopted.
