Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Amendment Recorded May 17, 2023
Out of an abundance of caution and due to some ambiguity in the original Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's) the Peyronnin's sought and received unanimous approval from all lot owners in Wellington Acres Subdivision to amend the CCR's to specifically allow them to parcelize their property.
